The Foundry began as a 1940s manufacturing building — concrete frame, sawtooth roof, and decades of industrial patina. Rather than erase that history, we made it the design. Exposed structure, polished concrete floors, and a new mezzanine level create a layered workspace that honors the building's past while serving a modern creative tenant.
